As we all know windows 98, and earlier versions of windows have bad graphics. So does any one know of a program that can help me fixed that. (example: there's this program called styler that I use in XP, to make my desktop look like Vista)

Well I need a program that can at least help fixed this, beacuse graphics look all blury and water down.

Any one know of one??
